TERMS OF SERVICES & POLICIES

1. General Terms
• By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of my terms of service and policies.
• Please provide all necessary details for your order to avoid any extra fees for changes.
• Provide clear reference(s).
• It is your responsibility to tell me everything I need to know in order to complete your commission.2. Transaction
• Be sure about the choosen service and your capacity to fulfill the payment.
• Payments can be done via Paypal & Zelle.
• All payments done in paypal will be made in USD through paypal invoice as Goods and Services.
• IMPORTANT: No shipping information is required as the final product will be digital, as Goods & Services
• Never send a payment without a prior invoice.
• All sales are final once payment has been received
• Any payment must have no comments in the transaction (concept/comment of payment must be left blank).3. Process & Delivery
• Orders can take between 3 days up to 1 month depending on the queue order.
• Work in progress (WIP) shots will be provided to the client by the commisioner and when requested by the client.4. Revisions
• Changes made to a Sketch (only a sketch, no linework) Will not cost you any fee.
• After three consecutive changes to a sketch you will be charged a fee.
• I will not do redraws after a commission has been fulfilled.5. Canceling/Refunds
• Remember that all sales are final once payment has been received.
• I may however, refund you if I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.
• If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.6. Copyright/Usage policy
I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. therefore i am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:• Use the material from your commission for promotional purposes.
• Display your commission or the material from your commission anywhere.The buyer is allowed to:
• Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
• Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
• Use the artwork to promote themselves with proper credit to the artist.
• The buyer may also, if desired, use the work as part of a ref or crop it for an icon.The following is considered copyright infringement:
• Reselling, reference, copying or tracing my work.
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money off of it in any way).
• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Removing or obscuring my signature from the artwork.
• Altering the artwork in any way without my consent.Violating any Terms of service will:

• I retain ownership of all artwork and files from your commission whether it be in progress or fully complete, not the buyer.
• You may not profit off of my work without a discussion and an explicit agreement.
• With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
• I do not claim ownership or rights over the original characters from others artists used in my commissioned work.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, prior to the commision
